STV provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the construction of a new maintenance facility for a fleet of 275 MTA buses. The 138,000-square-foot College Point Bus Depot includes fueling facilities, maintenance areas, storage areas, administrative offices, and employee welfare facilities. The firm also provided retrofit design to accommodate a new fleet of compressed natural gas (CNG) fueled buses.
