STV, a leader in engineering, architectural and planning design and program and construction management services, today announced it has added two key members to its senior leadership team. Beth Miller has joined STV in the newly created position of vice president of communications, and Athena Ullah has been promoted to chief of staff.

Harshad Pandit has joined STV as a vice president and engineering director for the firm’s tunneling and geotechnical engineering practice.

Sherif Hanna, P.E., has joined STV as a vice president and engineering director for the firm’s tunneling and geotechnical engineering practice. In this role, Hanna will support regional tunneling and geotechnical growth, manage projects, provide leadership for pursuits, mentor staff, and manage collaborations between various business units.

Patrick McCollom, P.E., a veteran program and construction management professional with more than 25 years of experience overseeing the delivery of large-scale, complex aviation facilities and transportation systems, has joined STV as a vice president and senior program manager.

Raj Navalurkar, Ph. D., P.E., has joined STV as vice president and bridge practice director for New York and New Jersey. In this role, Navalurkar will manage and develop the bridge team in both states and focus on the continued advancement of the firm’s technical capabilities in this market area.

As a reflection of the increasing importance of digital technology in the architectural/engineering/construction (AEC) industry, KiSeok Jeon has joined STV as a vice president and director of digital transformation.

Stephen Decker has joined STV as a vice president and planning director in the firm’s Oakland office. In this role, Decker will further develop STV’s transit and transportation planning service offerings to clients in the Bay Area and throughout the West.
