As part of a task order assignment from the New Jersey Department of Transportation, STV is performing a concept development study for an infrastructure upgrade project that will improve current pavement conditions along an 8.5-mile stretch of Route 9. The project aims to improve the driving experience for motorists traveling between Chapman Boulevard in Linwood, and the section of Route 30 commonly referred to as “White Horse Pike,” as it follows a historic Lenape trail in southern New Jersey

STV will provide multidisciplinary planning and engineering services in support of the replacement of the worn roadway. Along with pavement reconstruction, additional upgrades to Route 9 include traffic signal upgrades, ADA compliance installations, and safety and operations enhancements.
