Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport Landside Modernization Plan for Electrification Roadmap and Automation

DFW is the nation’s second busiest airport (by number of flights) and has been a premier gateway to the world for more than 45 years. It is one of the largest economic engines in North Texas valued at $37 billion per year.

As part of a larger suite of services being performed at DFW International Airport in Texas, including transportation planning and technology, program and construction management, and civil engineering and design, STV, in joint venture, is supporting DFW’s leadership in implementing sustainability, enterprise operational efficiency, and progressive technology integration throughout the airport. Initiatives included in this program include the implementation of zero-emission vehicles, infrastructure to support electrification targets, charging as a service and mobile charging applications, and charging management systems.
