STV provided full project management services from design to occupancy for the $218 million Shapiro Ambulatory Care Center (SACC) and Menino Addition projects. The newly constructed SACC consists of 10 stories plus basement, mechanical penthouse, a café and 14 different clinics spanning 8 floors. The Menino Addition consists of two stories plus basement and houses the materials management and emergency departments, MRI suite, and a 12-bay observation unit.
