As contracted by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), STV is providing construction management services in support of a capital improvement program at the New York City College of Technology (also known as City Tech), which is a part a of The City University of New York. STV’s scope includes the replacement of the roof of City Tech’s Pearl Building in Brooklyn, as part of its regularly scheduled maintenance. The firm will serve as owner’s representative for the 18,000-square-foot roof replacement, as well as deck repairs and the removal of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment including fume extraction fans and outdated educational equipment. STV’s role calls for maintaining the project schedule and facilitating and expediting all phases of construction.
