Park Heights Redevelopment

On behalf of the NHP Foundation, a not-for-profit real estate organization dedicated to preserving and creating sustainable, affordable, multi-family housing, STV is providing design and management services for the comprehensive redevelopment of a 17-acre site in the Park Heights community in Baltimore. This project consists of an affordable housing apartment building, a senior apartment building, more than 100 single-family detached houses, and several parks.

The first, 4.7-acre phase of the project includes the construction of a 100-unit senior apartment building, a 50-unit affordable housing building, and 17 single-family detached homes. STV is leading land development services for this phase, handling zoning and other regulatory approvals needed to allow development to occur and shepherding the project through Baltimore City’s Urban Design Architectural Advisory Panel and Site Plan Review Committee. Initial work has also included preparing field surveys and a subdivision plat to create development lots, widen public streets, and develop new public alleys.
