As part of a larger airport expansion program, STV provided ADA architectural plan reviews for all Denver International Airport South Terminal Redevelopment drawings.

At the Westin Hotel located on airport property, the team provided design development and construction document sets for 500 rooms. Our plan review specialists bookmarked plans for easy navigation between floor plans, details and ADA sections. After the Design Development was completed, the team provided a review of construction documents at an element and attribute level. Post-construction, our field team conducted a facility assessment to measure compliance. 

The firm conducted an initial accessibility review per the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design for the Great Hall project and reviewed Schematic Designs, Design Development and Construction Document sets.
