Cirelli Foods

STV|DPM was retained by Cirelli Foods as they relocated to a 130,000-square-foot dry goods refrigerator / freezer warehouse, retail and corporate office space in Middleboro, MA.  STV|DPM provided project programming, review and negotiation of building specifications, construction administration, warehouse and office equipment acquisition, relocation management and vendor coordination.

Eastern Bank

STV|DPM managed the construction and relocation of Eastern Bank in Lynn, MA and managed the design and construction of their new branch and bank in the Boston headquarters at 265 Franklin Street. The move consolidated several remote downtown locations. STV|DPM oversaw the design team selection, project programming, overall budget, schedule development, contractor selection, construction administration, voice/data coordination, furniture selection, lease and work letter review and relocation.

Webster Bank

STV|DPM was retained by Webster Bank for extensive demolition and rebuild projects at 100 Franklin Street in Boston and 100 Westminster Street in Providence. STV|DPM provided comprehensive project management services which included pre-construction, construction administration and the bidding & selection of the general contractor, furniture & AV/Video Conference services. STV|DPM developed, tracked and maintained project budgets for furniture, AV, signage, branding, technology, bank equipment and the relocation of furniture, equipment and employees and also coordinated security and IT.
