The Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) tasked STV with performing planning and design services over two phases for three miles of York House Road in Beach Park and Waukegan, IL. In Phase I, an environmental study will examine potential impacts to nearby businesses, residents, parks and recreational spaces, religious institutions, and a local school. Additionally, STV is supporting LCDOT with public engagement to incorporate feedback into the final design.
