STV was contracted by Webster Bank to support the extensive demolition and rebuild at 100 Franklin Street in Boston and 100 Westminster Street in Providence. STV performed comprehensive project management services, which included pre-construction, construction administration and the bidding and selection of the general contractor, furniture and AV/Video Conference services. STV developed, tracked and maintained project budgets for furniture, AV, signage, branding, technology, bank equipment and the relocation of furniture, equipment and employees and also coordinated security and IT.
