STV provided complete architectural and engineering design services, as well as construction management services for this fast-track design-build project for Boeing, which spanned only 12 months from design through construction. The STV design and construction management team doubled the production rate for the V-22 Osprey by converting an existing warehouse into a $32 million, 171,000-square-foot production and support facility for Boeing’s V-22 program.

The new production and office facility was developed within a converted warehouse and was performed in phases, which helped minimize production down time. STV also performed constructability reviews and value engineering of the design package and provided construction phase services.
