As a program management oversight (PMO) consultant, STV has been involved with a number of Federal Transit Authority’s (FTA) improvement projects for the City of Seattle’s public transit system. One of the signature projects STV supported with PMO services was the Downtown Seattle Transit Project, which included the addition of a bus tunnel under downtown Seattle to serve as a launching point for the 3.15-mile University Link light rail transit (LRT) system.
