As part of its $500 million capital improvements program, the School District of Philadelphia selected STV for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. STV is providing comprehensive engineering design services on an as-needed basis for renovations throughout the district over the course of five years.

Various projects include generator replacements, electrical upgrades, ADA compliance, and strategic repairs. The firm is also responsible for coordinating with each individual school, subcontractors, and administrative entities to complete projects in a timely manner. Each task order also enlists the support of Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises, for which STV is responsible in securing.
