As part of a series of repairs to improve the long-term reliability of public housing heating, the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) contracted with STV to perform project/construction management services for the replacement of more than 30 boilers across eight residential buildings at the Rangel Houses complex.

STV’s services include project management, quality control, budgetary and scheduling tracking, as well as cost estimating services. The firm also worked with the contractor during an unexpected boiler room roof replacement to keep the project on schedule.
