NorthEast Electrical Distributors (NEED), one of New England's largest, full-service electrical equipment distributing companies, relocated its headquarters and distribution center to a new location consisting of more than 190,000-square-feet of space. The new leading-edge facility features a state-of-the-art training center, modern employee cafeteria and 160,000-square-feet of warehouse space.

The entire facility was designed to incorporate advanced energy efficient lighting and controls that outperform the Massachusetts state energy code. STV was retained by Equity Industrial Partners on NEED's behalf to develop a comprehensive project plan for the turnkey project which included the renovation and multi-phased relocation of office and warehouse space. STV also assisted with the coordination of the design-build team.
