STV provided engineering design, permitting and construction-phase services for a new 13-mile, 12-inch propane connection from a propane cavern storage in Monee, IL, to a junction along the northeast leg of the existing Wood River North Line between the Peotone, IL, and Hammond, IN, stations. The project included three bored and 28 horizontal directional drilled crossings, with the pipeline alignment traversing six waterways, two railroads, 12 highways and a municipal landfill.
