STV provided owner’s project management services in support of the buildout and relocation of Frequency Therapeutics lab and corporate office from Woburn, MA, to Lexington, MA. The firm assisted with current and new equipment matrix management, as well as inventory and layout for laboratory equipment throughout the new 65,000-square-foot facility. A turnkey design-build project, the firm also assisted the environmental health and safety consultant by performing services related to permitting, new bulk tank N2 distribution, furniture and casework selection, art and plant incorporation, and move management.
