As part of a series of improvements to Huntersville’s downtown area, STV is providing planning and design services to the Town of Huntersville to upgrade Seagle and Fourth Streets to two-lane residential roadways with curbs, gutters, and sidewalk improvements.

The program’s goal is to improve drainage and utilities, while also accommodating future growth within the corridor.  STV is designing modifications within highly constrained areas that will change the roadways’ slopes or narrow the berms to better align with each unique residence’s house and curb line.
