The District Department of Transportation’s (DDOT) DC Circulator provides public transportation throughout Washington, D.C. DDOT retained STV for on-call program support services, including electric bus procurement and evaluation, asset management, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) implementation, and planning/analysis services.

The firm updated DDOT’s Transit Development Plan, including consideration of a new DC Circulator route in Ward 7 to service the Deanwood, Benning Road, Stadium Armory, and Union Station Metrorail stations. STV performed technical evaluation and public outreach services for this initiative.
