STV|DPM is currently part of a task force that is developing a series of publications that provide insights and discuss best practices for businesses preparing to have employees return to work during the COVID-19 pandemic. The consortium brings together a multidisciplinary industry team that includes professionals from the project management, construction, real estate brokerage, commissioning, code review, design, environmental engineering, and technology and furniture market sectors.

For these publications, the team is monitoring key topics and concerns, including indoor air quality, building and surface cleanliness, and social distancing. This “toolkit” of best practices is designed to better serve the firm’s clients, as well as other real estate leaders during the return to work process.
