The New York City School Construction Authority’s award-winning mentor program supports small business participants of Minority, Women, & Local Business Enterprises (MWLBE) through training, financial resource access, and union transition guidance. As part of a three-year contract, STV is providing construction management and mentor services for new construction jobs that will be awarded through the program. 

The firm will provide leadership and training to contractors participating in the MWLBE program. These essential training opportunities will encompass safety protocols, permitting, subcontractors’ coordination, submittals, field management, and all paperwork required to help develop contractor skillsets and knowledge of the construction field.
