Located in Windsor Locks, CT, Bradley International Airport bills itself as the “gateway to New England.” Maintaining that role meant keeping up with demand for air travel to and from the region. 

STV served as the design architect and architect of record for a program that would have entailed redevelopment of Terminal B into a new Terminal B complex, comprising 19 domestic and international gates; landside arrivals and elevated departure roadways; a multi-level consolidated rental car facility (ConRAC) and parking garage, and the Ground Transportation Center (GTC); three elevated pedestrian connectors linking the terminal to the GTC; and a central utility plant.

The firm previously completed a conceptual engineering study with cost estimates to identify a terminal concept.
