STV served as the owner's representative for all aspects of planning, design and construction—including commissioning—for AstraZeneca’s $260 million, fast-tracked campus redevelopment. The firm coordinated all activities during site selection, due diligence investigations, site and utility master planning through facility programming, design and approval.

STV's team of owner's representatives oversaw the construction and all construction activities for four buildings totaling 715,000 square feet of usable space. The buildings house innovative office areas, a fitness center, a visitor center, a conference and training center, a 300-seat auditorium, a 500-seat cafeteria, a 32,000-square-foot stand-alone childcare facility and a five-level precast concrete parking structure. For the research space, STV established a separate data center used for non-production testing and research equipment. The Wilmington campus currently serves as corporate headquarters of AstraZeneca’s North America Commercial Business.
