Change Management

Organizational change means personal change, and our team provides experienced leadership to guide your staff through your change project. We incorporate change management methodologies using the Prosci ADKAR Model; a globally-adopted and individual change management framework that was built on more than twenty years of research from real project leaders and teams worldwide. We approach all aspects of change, in concert with our proven personal process and experience to provide a smooth and effective transition from the current to future state and/or environment. Our structured method uses our tools to determine, draft and implement:

•    Change Readiness Assessments
•    Barrier Points to Successful Change
•    Project Road Maps
•    Communication Framework and Action Plans

Since an active and visible leader is critical for a successful change project, we work with client leadership to achieve this goal and coach management teams on the proper types of communication channels and messaging for their project(s). We engage and train Change Agents to champion the change along with their colleagues within their organizations.

Once the project is nearing completion, we incorporate the use of surveys, focus groups and additional tactics to reinforce the desired change and build a culture and competence around that change.
