STV provided Pre-FEED and FEED engineering services to modify elements of a client’s piping and tankage system to minimize contamination of an ultra low sulfur diesel product. These modifications assured the integrity of the end product. Sites evaluated included Linden, NJ; Toledo, OH; and Lima, OH.
