STV provided complete design for the renovation and expansion of Shippensburg University’s main student dining hall. The design upgraded all food service venues within the building as well as associated back-of-house operations.

The new facility has a total of more than 23,000 square feet of seating for up to 1,500 diners, including a 500-seat banquet hall and various smaller meeting rooms. The facility additions created a new main entrance and updated the exterior architecture in accordance with the campus master plan. Phased construction was a key component of the project.
