Nocatee Parkway

The Nocatee Parkway is a limited-access freeway that serves as an entry to the town of Nocatee, a 14,000-acre master-planned development that spans the northeast portion of St. Johns County and the southeastern corner of Duval County. As subconsultant, STV provided structural design services for the two-phase development. As part of this program, STV designed bridges, retaining walls, and miscellaneous structures in addition to providing field reviews and construction assistance.

The four-lane freeway provides easy access to Jacksonville, I-95 and the new Florida 9B for residents of Nocatee and elsewhere. The parkway is also a critical hurricane evacuation route for area residents.
