STV prepared design and construction documents for this 12-story, 151-room Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel. Because the hotel is part of the National Harbor development in Prince George's County, MD, the firm completed an original design for this project that fits within the development’s guidelines, rather than those of the Hampton Inn. STV's landscape architects also designed the site plan, which incorporates an outdoor dining area for hotel guests and a public plaza on Waterfront Street.
