Mississippi River Crossing for a 6-Inch Pipeline Relocation
The replacement of the Merchants Bridge in St. Louis, MO, necessitated the relocation of a 6-inch petroleum products pipeline off the bridge. STV was contracted to provide FEED engineering, permitting and construction oversight services to relocate the pipeline via a directional drill under the Mississippi River and levee system while preserving local historical resources.
