Fort Lee Munitions EOD Training Complex
STV provided design and post-design services as a subconsultant to Mortenson Construction for the design-build of a 109,000-sf munitions and explosive ordnance disposal training facility and a one-story 11,200-sf robotics training building for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. STV also provided construction administration services. The project was part of the U.S. Army’s Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program and was designed to meet LEED® Silver certification.
