Acting in response to the 1987 Court Facilities Act, the Office of Court Administration mandated that the County of Erie begin the first steps toward improving court facilities. STV assisted the county by preparing several studies, including a site selection feasibility study and a financing evaluation to help the county fund the project. The firm provided architectural design services for a new courthouse as well as a renovation of existing buildings to provide additional courtrooms and support space.
