STV, in joint venture, performed site development, environmental, permitting and design services for this 205-acre, 700,000-sf complex of prison facilities. The new complex provides programming, support services and infrastructure for approximately 2,000 inmates, including a support services building with a visiting room and health care, kitchen/dining, commissary and maintenance facilities.
