To relieve overcrowding at the State Correctional Institute in Cresson, PA, a 45,000-sf, three-story medium-security housing facility was constructed to include medium-security cells, dayrooms, offices, a control room, toilet rooms and support areas. STV delivered all engineering services, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
