STV provided comprehensive design, permitting and construction management services to Fiberblade for its first U.S. rotor blade manufacturing facility. Fiberblade is a subsidiary of Gamesa, a Spanish manufacturing firm that generates electric energy of renewable origins. The new facility will produce two types of fiberglass rotor blades for wind turbine generators, with blades measuring 85 or 140 feet in length.
