This rapidly-growing pharmaceutical company needed significant square footage added to an existing laboratory to support research and development for various products needing FDA approval. STV completed the design of the 16,900-sf addition in just five weeks so Viropharma could obtain the approvals and begin marketing activities for the products as soon as possible. STV also delivered full mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the building extension, delivering the project on schedule and under budget.
