STV provided complete architectural and engineering design services, as well as construction management services for this fast-track design-build project for Boeing, which spanned only 12 months from design through construction. The STV design and construction management team doubled the production rate for the V-22 Osprey by converting an existing warehouse into a $32 million, 171,000-sf production and support facility for Boeing’s V-22 program.
