StructuralMonty’s Deli Food Service and Conference Center (Bloomsburg, PA)
Growth on campus left Monty’s Deli unable to service the needs of students. Bloomsburg University chose to demolish the existing facility and hired STV to design a new building, which provides full-service kitchen capabilities, interior seating for 300, a reception area with student mailboxes and several meeting/multipurpose spaces. STV provided all design services for a new $7 million, 20,000-sf dining and conference center on the university's upper campus. The student dining area includes 325 seats and serves as a student-run restaurant one day per week. One large dividable conference room and two small conference rooms were constructed.
