STV provided architecture, engineering and post-design services for the $3 million renovation of the Foster Dining Hall at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Construction began in May of 2005. The building was ready for use in time for the fall semester. Design work included architectural, interiors and furniture, structural engineering, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and telecommunications design services.
