STV designed a new dining and conference facility to serve as the primary student dining facility for the College of Saint Benedict in St. Cloud, MN. The firm provided architectural, interior and structural design for the $15 million dollar project. The two-story Gorecki Dining and Conference Center is approximately 52,000 sf and, in addition to the main student dining operation, includes a 500-seat banquet facility and conference center, a coffee shop and a bakery.
