Temple University wanted to transform 40-year-old Beury Hall into a state-of-the-art university science, research and teaching facility while providing its students with contemporary classrooms with wireless technology capabilities. For this $28 million project, STV designed improvements to the building’s systems, interior spaces and exterior envelope to achieve a complete life cycle, maintenance and interiors upgrade.
