STV prepared a feasibility study to create a more technology-friendly environment at the university, which was expanding its science program to enhance the university’s student recruitment opportunities and to attract alliances with high-technology companies. Complete architectural and engineering design services were then provided by the firm for the expansion and renovation to the University’s science facilities. STV worked closely with the university on this $24 million project to expand and update the current science buildings and relocate the departments in stages to ensure minimal interruption to faculty and student work. Phased construction was a key component in the building design.
