To protect U.S. troops from airborne and liquid biological pathogens and toxins, the Department of Defense required a sophisticated facility to test a variety of detection equipment, protective gear and decontamination techniques. STV provided planning, final design, and programming for this $22.4 million test facility that emphasizes safety and environmental protection.
