STV provided engineering and environmental services for preparation of a feasibility and conceptual cost estimate to connect a client’s pipeline to the Dulles Airport Delivery Facility at the Dulles International Airport in Virginia. The firm evaluated feasible pipeline corridor routes along public and private right-of-ways involving multiple municipal entities. STV also evaluated existing environmental and area infrastructure information to assess impacts to wetlands, streams, unique environments, roads, utilities, properties, historic/cultural sites and contaminated sites.
