STV provided full-service architectural and engineering services as well as construction management services for a 19,000-sf addition to an existing aerospace manufacturing facility (also designed by STV). The addition includes 10,000-sf of Level 300,000 clean room housing state-of-the-art anechoic test chambers. STV utilized Revit building information management (BIM) software to develop the design and used the BIM model to coordinate the design among the various disciplines. This contributed to the project being completed on time and under budget. Rare for such a facility, the building has also been LEED certified to the Silver level by the U.S. Green Building Council.
