STV performed a preliminary engineering study and capital cost estimate for a grassroots petroleum products terminal, proposed to connect to five major cross-country petroleum products pipelines. The terminal would include truck loading facilities and 19 above-ground storage tanks. The firm provided in-house civil, land development, mechanical, electrical, pipeline, architectural, structural and environmental services to prepare conceptual plans and a cost estimate and schedule for the project.
