STV was the architect and engineer-of-record for the design-build of a 109,000-sf munitions and explosive ordnance disposal training facility and a one-story 11,200-sf robotics training building for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. STV also provided construction administration services. The project was part of the U.S. Army’s Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program.
