STV was retained to upgrade and modernize Arroyo Seco Junior High School’s 1966 campus. The firm provided complete design and construction administration services for extensive site improvements, the renovation of eight existing buildings and the additions of an 11,400-sf gymnasium, a 6,050-sf science classroom building, and a two-story 11,000-sf modular classroom building. STV completed the high-profile project on a fast-track 50-month schedule from preliminary design through construction, which was phased to allow the school to remain operational while work was completed.
