STV performed architectural and engineering design and construction document services for this six-story Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel. The 1.5 acre site is located at the intersection of Ulmerton Road and 40th Street North. The hotel includes 128 guest rooms, a two-story breakfast area, an exercise facility, a heated pool, a courtesy business center and 625 sf of space for meetings and events. The development of the property was in accordance with the City of Pinellas Park’s design standards.
