The Kentlands Extended Stay America Hotel is a proposed three-story, 104-guestroom hotel in the landmark New Urbanist community in Gaithersburg, MD. A departure from the Extended Stay America prototype, the proposed hotel features a brick and masonry façade with classical detailing and enlarged entrance porches with Tuscan-order columns. As the principal architectural and engineering firm, STV provided the schematic and design development documents for this project.
